Terms.
Cosmos is a free, real-time party game. Use it to make your friends laugh. Don't break things.
The deal
Cosmos is provided as is, without warranty. The party-game design encourages improvisation, which means players will sometimes type words that the operator of this server didn't pick. Words are not moderated.
What you submit
You're responsible for the words and avatar choices you put into the game. By submitting them you grant the lobby a non-exclusive right to display them to other players in your lobby for the duration of the game. When the lobby ends, all submissions are destroyed.
Be cool
- Don't impersonate other players or hosts.
- Don't use Cosmos to harass or threaten anyone.
- Don't try to overload the server, brute-force lobby codes, or interfere with games you weren't invited to.
- The host can end the game at any time.
Liability
The operator of this Cosmos instance isn't liable for hurt feelings, lost arguments, dropped pantomimes, or anything else that happens during play. The game is offered free of charge.
Changes
These terms may change as Cosmos evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
